We left our hotel in Roscommon and moved to an AirBnB in Oranmore for a few nights. This put us just east of Galway and the Cliffs of Moher. So the first day, took the drive to Galway to check out the town. Although an attractive city, particularly around the riverfront, it was a bit too touristy for our tastes. We did enjoy the visit, and the Latin Quarter is quite active.
