The third stop on our spring 2025 trip was Albufeira, Portugal. I was there to speak at the International Living European Bootcamp, and Rita and I also had a table in the Exhibit Hall to answer questions about the roving retirement lifestyle.
We met some great people, particularly one couple doing the same thing we are doing, and we hope to have them on our podcast soon to compare notes.
Although we had comfortable accommodations, some good food, including an Indian restaurant we found, I think overall Albufeira was not for us. It is too much of a party town, and very, very touristy – which I guess you can expect, for a beach resort.
