On our last full day in London, we took the only tour we signed up for on the whole 10-week trip, and got reminded why we usually don’t sign up for tours.
Billed as “see Windsor Castle and explore the streets of Windsor”, it turned into more of “we’ll take so long getting you there and parking the bus, you can choose either the castle or the city”.
We did enjoy the castle, although the “no photographs” policy inside was a bit cheeky after charging us an entry fee.
Next stop – Oxford!
